CHALLENGE
Educate Malaysians about the parental controls that are available on the platform to promote safe entertainment for children and encourage self-regulation in order to maintain Netflix’s value proposition of giving people the ‘freedom to choose.’
APPROACH
Hosted an intimate event with top entertainment, tech, lifestyle and parenting media as well as parenting influencers in the nation where we demonstrated and discussed the latest updates to the Parental Controls and how parents can effectively utilize them.
RESULTS TO DATE
Garnered top tier media coverage and created advocates for parental controls from the influencers who took to their social channels to speak about how parents have the power to keep their children safe.
